Unsere Säcke sind aus nachhaltigem Papier sowie einem Plastik Innensack hergestellt. Der Plastik-Innensack lässt sich leider nicht vermeiden, da das im Futter enthaltene Fett einen Papiersack beschädigen würde.
Um den Sack zu recyceln, löst daher bitte sobald der Sack leer ist den Plastik-Innensack aus der Papiertüte heraus und entsorgt Papier und Plastik getrennt voneinander. Danke! 🌎

Die Dosen sind 100% recyclingfähig und sollen im Recycling-Müll (Gelbe Tonne) entsorgt werden, um das Recycling zu ermöglichen. Die Beutel werden im Restmüll entsorgt.

Lagert das Futter bitte stets kühl und trocken. Mindesthaltbarkeit beträgt maximal 1 Jahr, da wir keine künstlichen Konservierungsstoffe verwenden.
Nassfutter
MHD ca. 2 Jahre, siehe Verpackung für MHD. Kühl und trocken lagern. Geöffnet ca. 2-3 Tage im Kühlschrank haltbar.

Unsere Hündin frisst das neue Futter ohne Probleme und verträgt es gut. Die Häufigkeit des Kotabsatzes ist zurück gegangen. Jetzt darf sie noch etwas zunehmen.
Mein Dobermann Alfred hatte vor Alpenwuff regelmäßig Durchfall, weshalb ich ihm das Futter sofort (entgegen der Empfehlung) nach der ersten Lieferung umgestellt habe. Morgens bekommt er Trockenfutter, am Abend Nass. Seit dem ersten Tag hat Alfred nun einen normalen Kotabsatz und seit Wochen keinen Durchfall mehr. Ich bin sehr dankbar, Alfred natürlich auch.

Liebe Lea, lieber Justus, liebes Team,
seit einigen Wochen teste ich nun mit meiner nun 5 jährigen Labrador-Aussie-Hündin euer Futter.
Die Umstellung hat ziemlich problemlos geklappt. Ich habe sie etwas langsamer durchgeführt, als von euch angedacht. Morgens erhält sie Trockenfutter und abends Nassfutter. Das Trockenfutter erhält sie ebenfalls als Leckerchen (natürlich unter Abzug beim Frühstück). Zu Beginn hat sie beides sehr gut akzeptiert...also Trocken- und Nassfutter. Das Nassfutter frisst sie weiterhin sehr gerne. Beim Trockenfutter ist sie ab und zu sehr mäkelig, was ich von ihr so nicht kenne...mal frisst sie es aus ihrem Napf, mal nicht (v.a. wenn es ein bisschen nass ist (vom Trinken zuvor oder vom gespülten NApf). Aus der Hand frisst sie es meist. Nun bin ich am überlegen, ob ich in Zukunft nur Nassfutter bestellen soll, wobei das Trockenfutter ihren Zähnen gut tat.
Das Nassfutter finde ich als Halter auch sehr ansprechend.
Seit der Umstellung auf euer Futter bzw. u.a. das Trockenfutter trinkt meine Hündin deutlich mehr, worüber ich sehr glücklich bin. Was nicht ganz so optimal ist, ist, dass meine Hündin seit der Umstellung sehr große Häufchen macht und zum Teil auch nachts raus muss. Das könnte ggf. natürlich auch am "mehr trinken" liegen...wenn ich sie vor 17/18 Uhr füttere und nochmal gegen 22 Uhr raus gehe, hält sie meistens durch. Habt ihr dazu noch Ideen?
Euren Service finde ich top. Man erhält auf Fragen schnelle Antworten und toll ist auch, dass man den nächsten Liefertermin beliebig abändern kann.

Our inspiration and loyal companions, Calu and Strumpfi , are the heartbeat of Alpenwuff .
After Strumpfi's much too early death in 2017, Calu's persistent diarrhea and the emerging realization that poor quality feeding had played a not insignificant part in this, we started to develop a food that does many things differently and, above all, better .
As part of our family, they have inspired us to develop dog food that meets the highest standards .
Our love for our dogs Calu and Strumpfi drove us to search for better food options .
We realized that, upon closer inspection, many products fail to meet basic quality standards. This is despite the fact that there are already so many types of food available.
Especially when it comes to labeling , various manufacturers make it very easy: They remain vague in their descriptions of the ingredients and use legally permitted umbrella terms to mix various types of meat and animal parts. For example, " meat and animal by-products " (which can be ANYTHING from ANY animal) or even "animal meal" (which also includes hooves, claws, blood, and fur) are often listed in the ingredients. These are all ingredients that are far removed from the meat we actually want to feed.
With a slight sense of horror in our stomachs, we quickly decided: Our food would be completely transparent with regard to the ingredients - we would make an open declaration .
Our industry-leading declaration , combined with selected ingredients , regional production and low temperatures during preparation, result in our high-quality cold-pressed dry food and our carefully developed (organic) wet food.
Our goal is to promote the long-term health, well-being and vitality of all our dogs through healthy nutrition.
Since our founding in 2021, we at Alpenwuff have come an exciting way.
After intensive product development, we launched our first poultry feed at the end of 2022 and established our partnerships with veterinarians and dog trainers (our ambassadors).
In February 2023, the move to our current 400 sqm warehouse and shipping facility became necessary and the team continued to grow.
Due to high demand for a hypoallergenic and sustainable food, the second food we developed was an insect food in April 2023. We then continued to develop other varieties requested by you step by step: Lamb food was added in October 2023, the first puppy food in June 2024, three suitable (organic) wet foods in October 2024, and beef food in December 2024. It is always important to us to proceed carefully and step by step in development.
We continue to work continuously on our products to ensure that your trust in Alpenwuff is always justified. You can be excited about what awaits you in 2025 , and we look forward to continuing this journey with you and your dogs!
