Who is eligible to participate? 🧑🏼🤝🧑🏽 Participation in the competition is free and open to anyone aged 18 and over in Germany. To participate, you must provide truthful information. Competition clubs and automated competition services are not eligible! Only one entry per person is permitted.
Competition period ⌛ The contest starts with the first post about the contest. The end date and duration of the contest are listed in each post.
Subject of the competition 🎁 By participating, you have the chance to win the products mentioned in the post. Alpenwuff reserves the right to change the prize and its value.
Prize award procedure and period 🍀 The winners will be chosen independently from all participants in an independent drawing. The date of the drawing will be announced in the respective post.
Win delivery 📦 Along with the prize notification via social media, the winner will be asked to send Alpenwuff the required contact details within 7 days. The participant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. If the winner provides Alpenwuff with incorrect contact details, making it impossible to send the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn at random from the eligible participants. The same applies if a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification. By participating in the competition, participants agree that, if they win, their profile may be publicly published on the Alpenwuff social media channel or a partner channel.
Reservation clause 🔄 Alpenwuff reserves the right to make adjustments or changes to the competition or to cancel the competition if necessary.
Restrictions and specifications of the prize claim ⚠️ Cash payment of prizes is not possible. Claims to prizes cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely approximates the purpose of the invalid provision. Alpenwuff reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
