Yes, of course. You can add products to your delivery at any time in your subscription management portal.
Can I combine multiple items into one food subscription?
Absolutely! Simply order your desired products individually via subscription. You can also view these at any time in your account.
Are there notice periods or contract terms?
No. You can cancel at any time, and your contract ends immediately. There are no deadlines or contract terms.
How do I log in to my account?
When you purchase a subscription with us, we don't automatically create a user account. Therefore, you must first create an account using the email address you used to order your subscription. Once you've done that, you can use the link in your subscription emails or, alternatively, click the "My Account" menu button (top right) on our website. There you can log in to your account.
Is there a minimum order value or minimum purchase quantity?
No. You can order any product with a 5% discount via subscription.
How can I make changes to an existing subscription?
You can easily make changes to your subscription online in your account. To do so, log in to our website. You can then view, change, pause, or cancel your subscription in your account.
Is it possible to pause my subscription?
Yes. You can always pause your subscription in your account.
How can I cancel my existing subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time via chat message or email to team@alpenwuff.de.
Can I order the Alpenwuff Premium subscription without a customer account?
The subscription can only be ordered with a customer account.
I notice that the delivery frequency of my food subscription is too long/too short. What can I do?
You can change the delivery frequency of your pet food subscription at any time in your account. You can choose between deliveries every 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 weeks. If that doesn't work for you, feel free to pause an order.
How long before shipping can I change my subscription order?
You can change your subscription until you receive your subscription order confirmation. If your subscription has already been activated, please send us an email to team@alpenwuff.de.
What happens if a subscribed article is no longer available?
In this unfortunate case, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Is it possible to specify the exact delivery date?
The delivery date depends on our logistics partner. Some couriers offer the option to select the delivery date and, if applicable, the time. You can usually do this via the shipment tracking.
How flexible am I when setting the start date and interval of my subscription?
The subscription always starts on the day you place your order.
What are the shipping costs for my Alpenwuff Premium subscription?
In keeping with Alpenwuff's usual service quality, shipping of food orders over €45 is free.
I have a pet food subscription, but I'll be on vacation or something similar during the next delivery.
Then we recommend pausing your food subscription. If you don't have enough food at home for your vacation, feel free to place a single order before your trip.
Will I be notified before my next subscription order ships?
Yes. We will send you an email notification 2 days before the next delivery.
What happens if the delivery day falls on a Sunday or public holiday?
In this case, delivery will take place on the next working day.
To which countries can I have my subscription shipped?
We ship to Germany and selected countries in the EU (sometimes higher shipping costs).
Which payment methods can I use with the Alpenwuff Flex subscription?
For regular deliveries, you can use credit cards and PayPal, among others. Unfortunately, transfers via Klarna or Sofort are not possible for subscriptions.
